Design:

Full CAD drawings enable clients to view the expected outcome prior to fabrication.

Customised to suit the specific requirements of each site, these modelled drawings enable clients to accurately understand the systems to be used, access points, load calculations and design outcome in relation to the overall project.

Manufacture:

Whether it is walkway, handrails, staircases, hoists, RoofJockey™ or platforms, we custom-fabricate the componentry required for each project from our workshop in Melbourne.

Finishing can be completed in many methods, from galvanised solutions through to powder-coating, to provide the best corrosion protection and colour-matching.

Installation:

With a full complement of insurances, our technicians specialise in safe work at heights and ensure that systems are installed as intended.

Inspections and testing:

In accordance with Regulations and AS/ NZS 1891.4, which calls for periodic inspection of anchorages, we offer an annual inspection, testing and recertification service for our own systems as well as those installed by other companies.

We can test all types of anchors installed on all types of roofs and maintains a database of testing records.

A comprehensive report is provided to each client and anchors are permanently labelled with the testing date clearly indicated.
